Easy feeding

Big scale belt conveyor is built for continuous large amount scrap feeding.

Special designed claw-type force feeding hopper makes feeding much easier for a broad range of materials including crushed/non-crushed PP, PE film,dry/wet material.

Squeezing-extrusion

Built-in water discharge unit in the feeding zone. Extremely easy to clean and maintain.

E-magnetic heating system ensures the barrel reaching a higher temperature within a much shorter time.

Wet material gets squeezed and further compressed, then gently melted while the moisture is vented through the degassing unit.

Efficient degassing

In addition to the degassing in the first extruder, the venting areas (the connection between the first and second and third extruder) serve as second third degassing sections to further remove high humidity level from the material.
